We knew our baby girl was in caring, capable hands, which allowed us to truly rest, something every new parent needs but rarely feels comfortable doing. Luiza is wonderful with babies. She is attentive to every little detail, observant of our needs, and always respectful of our choices as parents. She never imposed - instead, she supported, guided, and empowered us. She was also incredible in guiding us through each phase of our baby’s development. Moments like cluster feeding and growth spurts can feel confusing and overwhelming for new parents, but Luiza always helped us understand what was happening. She shared science-based information that reassured us and helped us feel more confident in caring for our baby. She also provided us with a gentle schedule that was very helpful to follow and brought more structure and calm to our days.
