I learned to express colostrum because of them, and 9 pre-birth vials kept our baby from needing formula in the hospital. When I had trouble with milk production after a hemorrhage, they sourced donor milk from Tacoma to Seattle that same night. They give their time nearly around the clock and are deeply connected to the Seattle/Tacoma region — when we needed referrals, they had trusted professionals ready. In a medical world that doesn't always offer this compassion, it feels good to be seen and advocated for. Worth every penny — and when we have more children, we'll be rebooking without a second thought.
