She also played a huge role in helping me make informed decisions when circumstances shifted and certain parts of the delivery felt outside of my control—all while keeping the focus on delivering a healthy baby. Beyond labor itself, she equipped me with so many helpful resources, from lactation consultants and birth story podcasts to online birth classes and other educational tools that helped me feel prepared long before the big day. I’m so grateful for her guidance, encouragement, and the sense of confidence she helped me build throughout the entire experience. ??
