I highly recommend Jenn for all pre- and postpartum needs! I realized I needed additional support for my VBAC. I interviewed locally and immediately knew Jenn was the best fit. We jumped into gear, talking through scenarios and preparing for what I hoped to be a natural birth. What stood out to me was Jenn's extensive experience, having training beyond traditional approaches with a robust method and network of support.
I ended up needing to be induced due to high blood pressure at 41 weeks. I was disappointed and stressed. Jenn maintained constant support, quick to respond to questions, reassuring that my VBAC was still possible, and provided grounding. We made it through a 1.5 day induction, in no small part due to Jenns' support, both through messages and coming to the hospital at the exact right time. I had challenges with an aggressive and abrasive OB, Jenn both stood up for me and allowed me to decompress after to get me back in the positive headspace to continue labor. When it came to the challenging time of choosing an epidural, Jenn continued to be a positive force. She stayed up overnight for 12 hours, working with the nurses and my husband to rotate my body and be my emotional grounding. In the final moments hoping to avoid a c-section after 24 hours of my water being broken, Jenn's big smile and calming hand gave me hope and acceptance. Surprisingly, my baby finally descended and was ready to push. It was truly a miraculous result and experience. I am 100% sure I would not have had the confidence and optimism to continue through the labor without Jenn by our side!
I cannot speak highly enough to Jenn's professionalism, support, extensive knowledge, and advocacy. She has a thorough and thoughtful system to support pregnant clients without making it overwhelming and is on hand and accessible with questions and uncertainty. Her kindness and bedside manner are the best in the business and she is truly phenomenal!
