Through our in-home sessions, she helped us create a plan and practice coping tools that made me feel truly prepared.
When labor finally arrived, Liza was with us every step of the way. Even though my labor ended up being very long, she remained completely present and attentive. One of my favorite memories was how she transformed the delivery room with candles and mood lighting – creating a relaxing sanctuary I didn’t even know I needed.
My labor didn’t go exactly "to plan," but because of Liza, I felt educated and empowered to make decisions in the moment. She has an incredible ability to assess a situation and react with both deep medical knowledge and tender care. Even after our baby was born, she was incredibly hands-on, helping with my recovery and teaching us tips for newborn care. I feel so incredibly lucky to have had someone with both her professional wisdom and her genuine, caring heart by my side.
