Tessa stayed with us for several nights as a night doula while we were sick and needed help caring for our newborn overnight, and for a few nights after we had recovered as well. She handled night feedings, diaper changes, and bottle washing, which allowed us to get some much-needed sleep and recover. She was incredibly gentle, attentive, and clearly very experienced with newborns (she was great with our dog too!). We felt completely comfortable and confident having her care for our baby overnight, which is such a big thing as new parents. She also shared some really helpful tips around pumping and lactation.
