Lea has truly been an angel in my life. She is the person who taught me what it means to be a doula. The way she understands this work and the humanity she brings when caring for mothers and babies is simply indescribable.

We come from the same country, and Lea has been transforming the way our community thinks about birth, postpartum care, and motherhood. She helps whenever she can, and she supports everyone she possibly can. As I have said before, the knowledge she carries and the training she has are truly admirable.

Lea was not my doula, but she is someone I deeply know and someone I constantly learn from. She is my mentor. She is a person I trust completely, in every sense.As a doula myself, I can honestly say that one of my goals is to one day be a little like her, to have even a small portion of the knowledge she has, and the empathy and humanity she brings to this profession.

She is truly an admirable person and an incredible professional. Those who have her as their doula, whether for birth or postpartum, are very fortunate. And even more fortunate are those who have the opportunity to learn from her, like I do.
