We met late in my pregnancy to talk through my preferences, questions, and expectations, and from that conversation Leticia helped create a clear birth plan. From then on, she stayed closely connected with me and my husband and our other doula, always responsive and reassuring as labor approached.
During labor and birth, Leticia's presence made a difference. She offered practical support with positions and comfort measures, steady encouragement, and calm guidance throughout the process (including during pushing). She was attentive, grounding, and deeply supportive, both physically and emotionally. She even offered to capture moments of the birth on my phone, which I deeply appreciate now.
