Elena helped us during the nights for the first month after we brought our baby home, and her support helped us build confidence in taking care of our baby as first time parents. She was kind and knowledgeable, and was patient with us as we had a hundred questions for her. She was incredible with our baby, and her calm energy helped baby sleep well at night even when she had been fussy earlier. She was flexible and really easy to communicate with, and I really appreciated her company during the night feeds. Elena was instrumental in me being able to recover and rest after birth, and transition into a good system for taking care of the baby overnight.
