I had a terrible experience with Olivia .She arrived to my house for an interview with her partner Hayley whom is also in this website and they both told me the didn't have any other clients close to their due date so they assured me they were both going to be there in case I went to labor; long story short I started contractions in less than a week from the date of the interview, they sent me a text that they had a another client , and they sent me a 16 year old child to help me instead of her partner, wich ended up being extremely rude to my kid and bossy to my husband wich made the whole process very uncomfortable. My labor could not progress and they told me my baby flipped and sent me to the hospital because they were tired of staying if it wasn't progressing, I went to the hospital and they agreed to meet me there and stay with me, once I got admitted I called them and they told me they went home, they told me they were just going to go change and later that day I received a text that they were not going to come back unless I am 7 cm and even when I told them I was not going to get cervical checks they told me they will not come unless I do it. . I decided to continue by myself even after paying more than $5,000 dollars but at that moment I just needed to be calm and I decided to focus in my baby and handle the situation just me and my husband. After two weeks of having a baby I saw pictures of me on facebook, they posted pictures of me in labor and clearly told her I don't want my pictures to be used and obviously I read the contract very carefully and I did not sign anything and I made sure in the interview she understood I don't want my pictures to be taken or used. When I confronted her she lied telling me I signed a paper and even when I asked her to send me the prooof she knew there was not nothing signed from me and she kept lying.
