I may be biased since Pam is my mother, but one thing I can say for sure (and I am sure others would agree) is she is the most supportive and encouraging woman I have ever known. Throughout my entire pregnancy she encouraged me to meet my nutrition goals, exercise, rest, and focus on preparing for a drug free delivery. The child birth classes exceeded my expectations by providing me with the knowledge I needed to make informed decisions and I gained insight into the birth process. Unfortunately, as life tends to do, I was thrown a curve ball and had to decide to proceed with a c-section. Pam reminded me of all the options and helped by reminding me that even with preparation we have to change plans. It was certainly not for a lack of trying to get my sweet B out with Pam's assistance.
