Elissa was such an amazing support for my family and me postpartum with my second baby.
She was thorough in our conversations before the baby was born in understanding what kind of help we were looking for. Initially I thought I just needed someone trusted and experienced to take care of my baby and give me breaks, but Elissa also intuited how she could be helpful in other ways such as bottle washing/organization and cooking, and ended up organically jumping in.
I loved how caring and sweet she was with my baby, including lots of talking to him. She was also supportive of our early attempts to establish routines and follow wake windows.
Elissa is really organized and reliable, following up in writing to confirm scheduling--crucial when you're sleep deprived and not thinking straight.
Overall, I can't recommend Elissa highly enough!
