From the beginning, Natasha was always a resource. She answered all of our questions and was reassuring even during my complicated ("geriatric" and GDM) pregnancy. Her home visits before labor really helped us figure out what kind of birth I could aim for. When it looked like I was going to be induced, we discussed at length what that could look like, which was so helpful.
I had a very long labor (48+ hours), and my sanity (and my husband's) was saved by Natasha's presence and company. She stayed with us for almost 24 hours and was helpful in getting me fully dilated, pushing, and then ultimately helping me decide that a c-section was the way forward. Natasha helped me advocate for my care and the birth I wanted (even though it didn't end up that way).
To say I was a wreck in early postpartum was an understatement. Natasha's first home visit was a bright spot as we talked through my feelings, breastfeeding, and the future (which looked so bleak at the time!). We talked about how one can deliver vaginally after a C-section. She brought such a calm and hopeful presence to the "dark and twisty" day. Later, Natasha and Anastasia hosted a picnic for their clients, which was so sweet! This duo's care for you doesn't end at delivery.
I recommend Natasha and Anastasia for their calming presence and for providing realistic expectations and explanations for their birth and the months leading up to it. They'll meet you where you're at--something I find invaluable. I have much appreciation and admiration for this team.
