I highly recommend Rachel to any expecting person looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, caring, and approachable doula to support them.
I went into labor with my first child shortly after the January 2026 ice storm in Richmond. The roads were a huge mess, and despite that, Rachel made it to the hospital not only for my labor and delivery, but also returned for our postpartum visit. Her dedication to her clients is obvious in the big ways, but also in the smaller things… like always following up with a link to that product you discussed, or taking photos during labor and delivery.
My goal was to have a spontaneous, unmedicated vaginal birth. I did it! But I truly don’t know if I would have had the experience I wanted without Rachel’s mental and physical support during labor. (Shout out to all those birth partners providing counterpressure!)
Rachel is a wonderful doula and I’m so glad to have worked with her.
