Our baby came a month early and Julie handled every turn with grace and calm, helping us feel safe and ready to welcome Benjamin into the world.
Among her many strengths, one of the things we found the most helpful was her broad perspective. At so many different points, from planning to labor to postpartum, Julie provided us with balanced answers and with information we were not able to get elsewhere. Our care team at the hospital was wonderful, but it made such a huge difference having Julie there to advocate as someone who could provide us with the information to know what choices to make and when.
Julie was a massive help during labor and we can't imagine having done that without her. The movements and pain management she suggested and applied made a big difference and her energy and attitude were amazing. She set a perfect atmosphere for delivery and was a big source of support for both of us.
We would strongly recommend anyone who can to work with Julie and would be honored to have her join us again for our next child. We could not imagine having done it without her.
