If I could give more stars, I would. I have known Melissa for years and her character is the first, most important, thing to note. She is truly one of the most caring and kind women I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She deeply cares about every individual she works with through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. It is very apparent upon the first meeting that she will give everything she has and will dedicate as much time as necessary to make you feel supported during your journey.
She is continuously educating herself on everything to do with this profession and never once did I feel like one of my millions of questions or concerns were silly or irrelevant. She has a genuine way of explaining things that makes everything you’re going through feel less overwhelming and more manageable.
