Nicole was incredibly thorough, calm, and supportive during each meeting and especially over the 48 hours before during and after the birth of our first baby. She worked so hard and was so present the entire birth. We still can't believe how quickly she formed a bond with us and made everything very natural, calm, and not awkward at any given point. We felt very safe with her near us and her ability to read a room is unparalleled. After giving birth there were was a scary/intense moment and Nicole absolutely made me feel safe and comforted in chaotic room full of medical staff.
I've had a deep respect for anyone involved with child delivery since I was in nursing school but she has given me serious new found appreciation for the work that she and other doulas do. She really maintained a calm atmosphere for us and held space in a truly wonderful way even in the most intense moments. We can't thank her or recommend her enough. Thank you for all you did for the 3 of us!
