While my birth didn't go exactly to plan, I felt confident navigating the situation and Cassidy helped me honor my core preferences throughout. During labor, she played a critical role with comfort measures and created a calm, peaceful atmosphere in our hospital room (which even our doctors and nurses noticed and commented on). She also gave me and my husband space as a couple when we needed it. Her attunement to what I/we needed in each moment - physically and emotionally - was amazing.
