I’m so grateful I found Sarah! After interviewing a few doulas I knew she was the best person to guide me through my first birth. Her passion, knowledge and warmth just stood out over everyone else. She helped me and my husband create a birth plan for all possibilities, helped us understand what my options were and empowered me to make the best decisions for my birth. She even had a workbook to help us navigate postpartum! Organized and with a vast data of resources Sarah made sure we were prepared for all stages of pregnancy, L&D and postpartum.
But the moments I’ll always be most grateful for Sarah is in the delivery room. She was a comfort, a coach and a strong advocate for me throughout. She guided me and my husband through it all, every question, every decision, every crisis- she was supporting us through it all.
Then to top it all off she made the most delicious nurturing home made meals postpartum! And with her Mary Poppins bag of everything self care she helped me in my healing. Sarah was a blessing for my family during this beautiful life changing time!
