I am so obsessed with Mel I simply do not know where to begin! They are absolutely dynamite.
Mel is one of the most compassionate people I have ever known, and is so committed to providing grounded, calm, respectful care for their clients. It was a really easy decision to hire Mel--from the moment my partner and I met with them for an initial interview, we felt so confident in our decision to work with them.
In the weeks and months leading up to labor, Mel was consistently supportive and available via text/email, and always had wonderful resources and evidence-based advice to share with us. They kept me feeling safe and steady throughout the entirety of my amazing home birth, and worked alongside my midwife Corinne from Birth Roots. I feel so lucky to have had Mel on my birth team.
