Joy came highly recommended from a mutual friend. I interviewed a handful of other doulas but after my initial phone call with Joy I just knew she was the one. My first birth was traumatic, so I wanted someone in my corner the second time to help me feel safe and cared for. When I voiced my concerns to Joy she was honest and forthright and more than willing to help bring my dream birth to fruition. Joy was so attentive and caring throughout my entire pregnancy. She was always willing to answer my questions and help me through any difficulties I was facing. When it came time for delivery, Joy was right there beside me. Always keeping an eye out and encouraging me to adovate for myself. Her tender spirit and thoughtful words were a balm on a stressful time. I couldn't recommend Joy enough.
