From our very first meeting, she knew all the right questions to ask my husband and I to get a complete picture of the birth of my first child, and listened to everything we had to say without judgment. She fully supported my decision to try for a vbac and helped me build the confidence I needed for that journey.
During labor, her presence was grounding; she knew exactly when to offer a word of encouragement and when to provide physical support. While I ended up needing another unplanned csection due to factors outside of our control, her presence throughout the entire process was a game changer and helped me feel comfortable with the fact that that outcome was what was truly best for me and my baby given the circumstances.
Jennese is incredibly knowledgeable and brings years of personal experience to the table. On top of that, she was able to provide evidence based research on a wide range of topics that came up throughout my pregnancy, which was helpful in making decisions about what might be best for me and my baby along the way. I also really appreciated her ability to be funny, understanding, compassionate, and straightforward all as needed.
I truly believe my birth experience was what it was because Jennese was by my side. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
