I had other moms making me feel hopeless with comments like “some babies just never take the bottle,” and even doctors brushing it off with “I’ve never seen a baby starve” ??. She, on the other hand, was encouraging, gentle, and never dismissive.
With her guidance, a lot of patience, and some practice, my baby did eventually take the bottle. I’m so grateful for her calm approach and constant reassurance throughout the process.
She is trustworthy, patient, and genuinely sweet. I’m someone who doesn’t trust just anyone with my kids (basically only grandma), but I felt completely safe and supported with her. I truly wish I had met her with my firstborn she is such a gift to any family she works with.
