We had Michelle and Heather Rogers as our doulas for our first pregnancy/birth. We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Heather and Michelle were so available throughout the entire journey. I asked for resources on certain topics that I had questions about during my pregnancy and they quickly replied with lots of different helpful sources. The main reason I wanted a doula was for support during early labour at home, help with contractions, labour positions, guidance on timing contractions and deciding when to go to the hospital. Surprisingly my labour was only a total of 5 hours long and I didn't end up having any "early labour" or labour at home. Michelle met us at the hospital and was still a great support during active labour and pushing. She worked well with my midwife and took awesome pictures throughout. Michelle and Heather did a home visit a couple weeks after birth and offered great breast feeding tips and support. Great experience overall!
