Tessa provided hands-on guidance, from recognizing signs of discomfort, to soothing a fussy baby, and of course, letting us catch up on sleep. As a lactation consultant, she was especially helpful in providing support around breastfeeding, pumping, and breastmilk management. She also consistently checked in on my recovery following a C-section, showing genuine care and attentiveness to both our baby and us as new parents.
