Julie was an incredible support throughout my pregnancy, labor, and birth. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped prepare me by explaining what different parts of labor could look like, which made me feel confident and informed.
I was induced, so labor started slowly. Julie stayed in touch and offered guidance, then arrived the next day when things were reaching their peak. She immediately jumped in to help — offering massage, hip squeezes, ideas for position changes, and constant words of encouragement. Her calm, steady presence brought so much peace and helped me through the most intense moments. She also guided my partner on how to support me, making the experience empowering for both of us.
Labor and birth didn’t go exactly as planned — our daughter had her own plans! — but Julie was a compassionate and steadfast support the entire way. She helped communicate my wishes with the doctor, was always respectful of my choices, and made me feel heard and empowered.
Julie genuinely cares for her clients and their birth journeys. Her knowledge, advocacy, and compassion made such a difference in our experience. We are so grateful to have had her and would absolutely plan to have Julie again as our family grows.
