My 4th baby I decided I wanted to finally get my unmedicated birth. And on that day the most mentally, physically yet rewarding day of my life I was able to make that happen, but I was not alone. I had the most amazing doula rejeanna by my side. Her support was everything to me that day and I will never forget that part of my labor process having her there by my side. Even after giving birth she was still there held my baby, relayed messages to my nurses, took pictures That I'm so grateful to have to look back on, and made me feel so powerful in what I had just accomplished.
