Natasha has supported me through all three of my births, and she holds such a special place in my heart. The moment I found out I was pregnant with my third baby, I knew without hesitation that I needed Natasha by my side again to help welcome another little miracle into the world.
My third labor happened very quickly, when Natasha arrived I was already in transition, which is the phase where I tend to panic the most. As soon as she walked in, she came straight to my side and grounded me instantly. We locked eyes, and without me needing to say a single word, she knew exactly what I needed. She held my face, helped me breathe, and guided me through the intensity of the contractions and my water breaking, which happened almost immediately after she arrived.
Natasha has an incredible gift for bringing calm, steady energy into the birth space, and it makes all the difference. I truly cannot imagine a better doula to have by my side while welcoming my babies. One of my favorite parts of working with her is our postpartum notes—being able to hear the birth from her perspective and process it together afterward is something I deeply cherish. I am endlessly grateful for her and the role she’s played in all three of my birth experiences.
