My husband and I say we can't imagine going through our birthing experience without Tata. We had originally planned for a home birth but our baby had other plans and Tata was there with us every step of the way. With the introduction of each new intervention, we were getting further away from the birth we had envisioned, which led to increased anxiety and worry. Tata not only provided us with a calm environment (candles included) but made sure that we didn't feel pressure from the hospital staff to make any quick decisions about our care. She explained everything to us, helped us weigh our options, and made sure we felt comfortable before signing off on anything. I was able to keep calm and focus on myself and my baby knowing that her and my husband were on top of things and that 'peace of mind' is all I could've asked for as a first time mom.
