When we first met with Sarah, we very quickly realized we wanted her to be a part of our pregnancy and delivery journey. She is so kind hearted, patient, knowledgeable and receptive. She helped us feel confident, educated and prepared as we embarked on this unknown journey as first time parents. Sarah took the time to get to know us, our goals and concerns and helped us navigate all our options and make a realistic game plan. We were faced with some challenges and concerns that changed our birth plan but she kept us looking at things in a positive light throughout it all. I experienced a long labor that ended in an unplanned c-section and Sarah was there next to me, cheering me on, Supporting both my partner and I and advocating/guiding us along the way. We truly couldn't have had such a positive, calm and empowering birth, despite all of the unexpected, without Sarah. We highly recommend her as a doula, shes truly an angel.
