Jessica goes above and beyond as a doula. You can tell that she loves her job and she is very passionate about providing good services and supporting moms and families in every possible way. We used her postpartum doula services for 6 weeks following our son's birth and she made my postpartum journey so smooth. She took such a good care of our newborn, helped me sleep as much as I could even as a breastfeeding mom, she kept our nursery organized every time she came, cleaned our kitchen and even filled up our electric kettle, humidifier, and Brita, which meant the world to us when I was still recovering from the delivery. I felt more rejuvenated, and recharged after each night Jessica was here, and as a primary caregiver for my precious child, I was in a better shape to take a better care of my child which was so important to me and also for my child's safety. (If you are a mom, you understand that the postpartum fatigue from taking care of your newborn while recovering from the delivery is another level.)
Also, you can tell that she has many years of experience, knows what she's doing and knows what moms need even without you having to tell her.
Overall, I had such an amazing experience with Jessica so I have been telling everyone around me how important doulas are for every family's postpartum journey with their babies!! Hopefully one day, every mom will have access to a doula.
As a side note, she is one of the eligible doulas for carrot fertility (check if your employer offers this benefit), and she got all the paperwork ready in a timely manner so we had no issues getting reimbursement through this benefit.
I highly recommend her 10/10. I would love to work with her again in the future with our future kids!!
