My husband and I joked that Ibetliza was the “baby whisperer” because she always seemed to know exactly what our newborn twins needed (even when we couldn't). She helped relieve their gas, settle them, and calm them in moments when it felt almost impossible for us. Not only did she pour her heart into caring for our babies, but she truly prioritized our family as a whole.
Every week, she helped me strategize how to manage baby care in a way that worked best for our family — feeding schedules, breastfeeding support, sleep, and countless tips and tricks. She followed up even when she was off the clock and was always available by text or call if I needed support. Her expertise and availability were invaluable to me as a new mother.
Beyond baby care, Ibetliza supported me physically, mentally, and spiritually as I transitioned from a birthing woman into a mother. She made me herbal teas, brought me water, made sure I was eating enough, talked through nourishing recipes, and even gave me a Reiki session. She held space for journaling and gifted me an herbal yoni steam — gestures that meant more to me than words can express, which I would have never carved the space out for myself.
She helped our entire family transition into who we are today. We felt completely safe and relaxed when she was with our newborns, which was rare and incredibly meaningful during those early weeks. She was always on time, professional, clean, and communicative.
We cannot recommend Ibetliza enough. Welcoming her into our home was one of the best decisions we made postpartum, and we are forever grateful for the support, love, and care she gave our family during such a transformative time.
