Being a first-timer I wanted a doula with experience and a steady hand to guide us through this process. Christina was the perfect doula for us! Christina guided us through what decisions we would have and things that could possibly come up so we could ask questions and do some research on what was best for us. Christina made some great suggestions for bringing on labor when I was past my due date and when things needed to shift on the day and I wasn't able to move around as much as I had hoped (because the baby's heart rate was most stable with me laying down), Christina pivoted and engaged with our doctor and nurses to give me additional options I'm certain would not have been offered had she not guided us. I had an amazing experience and would not change a single thing! Thank you so much, Christina!! If we have another, we would not hesitate to work with Christina again!
