Because of that, I felt much more informed and confident about what to expect on the day of labor and birth.
During labor, she supported me the entire time, explaining what was happening with my body and whether everything was progressing as expected. That helped me stay much calmer and more secure. She also gave me continuous support, helping me manage the pain and guiding me through each stage.
After the birth, she continued to support me by visiting to make sure my daughter and I were doing well. She also helped me with breastfeeding, which made a big difference during those first days.
