Lauren was truly the best gift for myself, my husband and my baby ?? She is so passionate about her work, so knowledgeable about babies and baby sleep and so encouraging for new mothers. My first baby I didn’t have any nighttime support, and with my second, Lauren was instrumental in creating such a positive PP experience this time around, so much so that it gives us even more confidence in our desire to have more babies (so long as we have Lauren’s help!!). I was exclusivity BFing while we had her overnight support, but the amount of extra sleep I was able to get on those nights we had Lauren with us was so incredibly helpful and made all the difference in my healing journey both physically and mentally as we adjusted to having 2 under 2.
