I had a wonderful experience with Anastasia and Natasha. They work together as a team. One of them becomes your doula the day of birth, depending on their availability. Anastasia was our doula the day of the birth and she was wonderful. She helped the baby descend into my pelvis. Her calm and kind presence made a huge difference throughout labor.
During the complicated repair after delivery, she stayed by my side, holding my hand. Later, both her and Natasha helped me make sense of what had happened during birth and explained why several attempts at pain control hadn’t worked for me, which was very helpful for my emotional recovery.
After the birth, Anastasia taught me how to breastfeed and pump at our first postpartum visit. She also taught my spouse how to feed and diaper the baby while we were at the hospital.
I am deeply grateful for Anastasia and Natasha's knowledge, kindness, and support, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
