We were very grateful to work with Dawn for the birth of our first child. Dawn was so knowledgable about how birth at our hospital would work and clearly had a lot of experience she could draw upon as we prepared for different scenarios. She helped us create a straightforward and usable birth plan and offered really helpful guidance as we got ready for delivery. We also worked with Dawn as a post partum doula -- she was great with our baby and had great advice about breastfeeding.
I especially appreciated Dawn's laidback and calm demeanor both in the lead up to and during delivery. She was super easy to communicate with and made us feel more relaxed and confidnet about the entire experience.
