Sarah was a critical part of my birth experience for my first baby! I was so thankful to have a doula who shared my values and supported my goals for birth. She was such a good support leading up to birth, as well, and it was great to talk through our "plan" with her in our home.
On the big day, she was there for us throughout the whole labor process, and her words of encouragement and wisdom about what positions and comfort measures to try next were game changing. Without Sarah's assistance, I am not sure that I would have been able to achieve an unmediated vaginal labor.
She also visited us after we were home, and it was great to recap with her. Sarah even blessed our family with a meal!
I am so thankful for Sarah and would recommend her to any pregnant mom! Her knowledge and skills are invaluable, and having her in your corner during labor is a blessing!
