My husband and I had the pleasure of using Renee for our first child. Everything was quite serendipitous for me finding her, even down to our matching names! She was very thorough and calm and very easy to talk to and get along with. We met twice before it was time to deliver and she was there as much or as little as felt comfortable for me. I loved her proactive check ins and recommendations. She made me feel comfortable with any type of question or discussions and never pressured one way or another with opinions or suggestions. She was very calm during my labor and delivery and helped guide my husband during the process as well. Having her present throughout the whole time was very grounding and safe for me and I'm so glad we found her! She even checked in for weeks after delivery and she, of course, was so excellent with our new little cherub cheeks and immensely helped trusting her post partum with our baby to give us a few moments to recover. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a doula. She truly made our experience as close to what I imagined as possible and it was very positive!
