We worked with Kayla to welcome our first baby and couldn't have asked for a better doula match. She led us through pre-natal nutrition, building a birth plan, a newborn care class and was with us during labor and delivery. She leads with compassion and enthusiasm and was very matter of fact about how our various options might pan out. When we ended up having to have a c-section 9 hours into labor she kept calm and made us feel safe and supported in our decision making. She stayed with us until the baby latched post birth and came over one week later to lend support with breastfeeding, newborn care and even offered to help with household chores.
