I had Terry as both birth doula and postpartum doula (with meal prep). She is attentive, energetic and not judgmental. She is knowledgeable about all stages of prenatal, laboring and postpartum care, and finds ways to engage my partner in the process (e.g. acupressure points, relaxation lines and perineal massage). She is also resourceful and provides information for breastfeeding, cord blood banking, placenta encapsulation and acupuncture therapy. In particular, she encourages us to advocate and push back against unnecessary invasive treatments. Her meal plan is custom made and the meals are nutritious.
