During her prenatal home visit, she went above and beyond, giving my wife a massage to relieve back pain and offering practical advice we hadn’t considered, like learning how to assemble our breast pump and sanitizing bottles before the baby arrived.
During labor, Jessica’s experience was invaluable. Whenever a decision needed to be made, she didn't just tell us what to do; she asked the nurses the right questions to ensure we had all the information needed to make our own informed choices. She brought tools that made a huge difference, like a spiky massage ball for contractions, and she worked tirelessly with the nurses to successfully turn our baby into a favorable position.
She also captured pictures at the time of delivery, something we wouldn't have had the time or presence of mind to do with everything going on. We will always cherish those memories looking at those pictures.
