My husband and I truly loved the symbiotic birth class and cannot recommend it enough. Nikki is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about helping future moms navigate and prepare for the birth experience. Before taking the class, I had a lot of anxiety about what to expect, I was constantly scrolling social media and reading various books to help prepare for the big day. All this information was overwhelming and tough to sift through what was truly important. Taking Nikki’s class helped simplify what to actually focus on and helped me feel informed, empowered, and so much calmer about handling the unknown that is each individual birthing experience. Nikki was excellent at answering all questions without judgement and with respect. She helped guide me in preparing a birth plan that was right for me, instead of telling me what to do. I also greatly enjoyed meeting other couples that were around the same timeline as us and first time parents as well to bond with and feel supported by.
The birth class did an amazing job helping me feel more prepared for labor, from understanding what’s happening in my body to learning practical tools and coping techniques I can actually use. I walked away feeling much more confident, supported, and reassured instead of overwhelmed. I am incredibly grateful for this experience and would highly recommend Nikki and her symbiotic birth class.
