It is with great pleasure to write a reference letter for Leticia Fidelis-Recine . We had Leticia for our night doula from June 29th through August 10th of 2025. She cared for our son, Logan, who was 2 months old at the time. During her tenure, Logan was a happy 2 month old, but needed some special attention during sleeping and eating due to reflux. This included being upright for 30 minutes after feeding and sleeping on an incline in his bassinet. He was also right at the beginning stages of sleep training and would wake up multiple times throughout the night. Not only was this disruptive to his sleep schedule but my wife and I would be zombies throughout the day due to lack of sleep at night.

I cannot express in words how much of a positive change Leticia was for our family. We immediately knew she was knowledgeable and had multiple strategies to get him back to sleep and stay asleep as well. She always made him feel safe and cared for, giving her full attention and support. It was a nice piece of mind for my wife and I knowing he was in good hands and getting a good night’s sleep gave us the energy to be the best parents possible for Logan during the daytime. Leticia is a very educated and knowledgeable professional. She would always have suggestions or ideas for problems around sleeping or fussiness, listen to our concerns but also convey any that she had. Her open and non judgemental communication was essential for the trust in our working relationship.
