I've always known of hospital births from my side of the family, but realized that I wanted to birth from the peace and comfort of a space that felt right to me, along with having a midwife present. Christiana is so empathetic and really makes you feel seen as a person and not solely as a "patient." Being a first time mom at 21 came with a lot of doubts and fears and Christiana has been there to answer any questions I may have and walk me through the anxiety. In addition, she's a Christian as I am and this brought so much peace as well, knowing that she is just as much in prayer over every decision as I am. Very confident in my care with her, and excited to have her with me in this new chapter!
