During my pregnancy, we worked closely with Suzanne and Cari, who were an incredible resource. Through our pre-birth calls, they patiently answered all of our questions and was instrumental in calming our nerves. They helped us filter out the 'scary stories' we had been hearing, replacing our anxiety with a sense of readiness. When my contractions finally started, Cari was our first point of contact; her positivity and soothing presence during that first call were exactly what we needed to feel comfortable and grounded as we started the process.
When it came time for the birth, Suzanne was an absolute powerhouse. Following her expert guidance, we chose to wait to break the water and practiced 'laboring down.' It was the best decision—the water broke naturally on its own, and the active pushing stage lasted less than an hour! She was a fantastic advocate, leading the nurses in position changes to keep me comfortable and staying awake all night to watch the monitors so my partner and I could get some much-needed rest.
We are so grateful for this team’s expertise and dedication. They provided the perfect balance of educational support, immediate reassurance at the start of labor, and hands-on advocacy during birth to help us welcome our sweet baby boy!
