Teri is an angel. We hired her for the birth of our first baby. We knew right from the first interview that she was going to be a key person in helping us bring our daughter Earthside. She was calm, attentive, and knowledgable. She checked in on me regularly leading up to the big day and afterwards as well. My labor and delivery experience was mostly uneventful, but as a health anxious first-time mom, Teri kept the energy in the room calm and collected. I had a sunny-side up baby with a huge head, and Teri pulled out every stop to help me to be as comfortable as possible while we tried to flip her. She kept me hydrated and motivated throughout labor and she cheered me on through the final push and helped us get settled after delivery. She also supported my partner who unfortunately caught a nasty cold a few days earlier. Teri worked collaboratively with the staff at the hospital. Although I desperately needed to rest, I was sad when she left the hospital, but she gives the best hugs. Teri is like an old friend you've known forever but knows exactly how to care for you and your family. She gave us great tips on parenting, post-partum, and she treated our baby girl as if she were her own. She is amazing, and I couldn't picture our birth experience any other way than with her by our sides.
