Julie was incredible to have as part of my care team. As a resource before, during, and after labor, I felt so supported and informed in my decisions. This was my first birth and I was terrified, but Julie's wealth of knowledge to assuage my fears during the birth made a huge difference in my anxiety levels as my body did this absolutely insane thing. Beyond the immense comfort she provided on the big day, she was helpful with guidance and recommendations prenatally and through postpartum, which was especially helpful as I was monitoring my healing as well as adjusting to life with a newborn. My husband also so appreciated having a professional with us so that he could make sure that I was always attended to even if he had to step out for 1 minute to go to the bathroom or refill our water bottles. We loved her so much we had her cut the umbilical cord!!! We cannot recommend Julie enough - we will be working with her again when it's time for baby #2!!
