We hired Nikki to be our birth and postpartum doula. The day of the birth Nikki was unfortunately sick but had a backup plan in place and we got an amazing other doula as support. Nikki joined us for the first two months on overnights and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Her experience with newborns and new moms is apperant and you can trust her wholeheartedly. We brought her for a third month during the day and it gave me reassurance to leave my baby with someone that knows how to take care of newborns specifically so I can take care of myself.
