Thais was wonderful. She took such good care of our twin girls. Not only did she allow us to get much needed sleep, but she also taught us so much about taking care of infants as first-time parents. Bringing home two new babies is very overwhelming and overstimulating, but Thais made us feel like we could handle it. She was also so helpful to me when it came to breastfeeding and pumping. She helped me work through a mastitis episode in the middle of the night thanks to her lactation training. I don't know what I would have done without her in that painful and scary moment. Thais was also proactive about household items that needed to be done, like washing bottles and doing laundry. Lastly, she drew upon her experience with 100+ babies to help us navigate difficult situations with our newborns, like reflux and diaper rash. Thais is more than a doula, she really is an educator and an advocate for your babies. 10/10 recommend, especially if you want to learn!
